To provide you with the best possible personal advice, you should fill in a food diary for at least a week. In this diary you should write down as detailed as possible, everything that you eat and drink during a regular week. Besides with providing me the information I need to give you personal advice, keeping a food diary is also a good way to become conscious of what you are eating.
