  • Kale (or any other type of cabbage leaves)
  • Garlic
  • Herbs & Spices (Black salt, smoked sweet pepper, etc.)

Clean the kale leaves and cut the stembase from the leaves when these are too thick and fibrous. Make a paste from fresh chopped garlic, blakc salt and sweet smoked pepper, add a little bit of water as needed. Cover the kale leaves in the the paste and put on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake them in an oven for about 20 minutes, depending on the size of the leaves and the oven. Turn them over after 10 minutes. Towards the end of the baking time, watch the leaves closely when they start to get crispy, if you leave them too long they will turn brown and taste burned.
