- Fresh or frozen berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry)
- Oat milk
- Avocado
- Carrots
- Banana
- Soft prunes
- Medjool dates
- Hemp seeds
- Flaxseeds
- Apple
- Raisins
- Nuts & Seeds
- Dessicated coconut
- Cinnamon, Nutmeg
- Psyllium husks

Instructions
Add all ingredients, with the exception of the psyllium husks, to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little of the psyllium husks and blend again. Keep adding psyllium husks until you get the desired consistency. Top your bowl with fresh fruit, raisins, nuts, seeds, dessicated coconut, cinnamon & nutmeg.
