- Banana
- Oat milk

For the sweet cream sauce:
- Cashew nuts
- Medjool dates (pitted)
- Vanilla, cinnamon, galangal

Instructions
Blend the bananas together with the baking powder, baking soda and oatmilk till smooth. Whisk the mixture in a bowl together with the flour and salt. Add sparkling water until you get the desired consistency of the batter. When done, add a little bit of vinegar and whisk in the batter.
Fry in a well heated non-stick frying pan on medium heat for a few minutes on each side. Top with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds.
For the sauce to top the pancake, soak some cashew nuts together with pitted Medjool dates, vanilla, cinnamon and galangal in some oat milk. When softened, blend smooth in a high-speed blender.
