Psyllium smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • Fresh or frozen berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry)
  • Oat milk
  • Avocado
  • Carrots
  • Banana
  • Soft prunes
  • Medjool dates
  • Hemp seeds
  • Flaxseeds
  • Apple
  • Raisins
  • Nuts & Seeds
  • Dessicated coconut
  • Cinnamon, Nutmeg
  • Psyllium husks

15 Minutes

Instructions

Add all ingredients, with the exception of the psyllium husks, to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little of the psyllium husks and blend again. Keep adding psyllium husks until you get the desired consistency. Top your bowl with fresh fruit, raisins, nuts, seeds, dessicated coconut, cinnamon & nutmeg.
